There are upsets every week in the NFL, but these pools are designed for the conservative player. You want to pick upsets sparingly. If you are down big in your pool in the final weeks of the NFL season then that is a time to go crazy with the upsets, but slow and steady normally wins this kind of race.

 Jeremy Martin

  1. Buffalo over Jacksonville
    2. New Orleans over Los Angeles
    3. New England over New York Jets
    4. Miami over San Francisco
    5. Pittsburgh over Indianapolis
    6. Detroit over Minnesota
    7. Tennessee over Chicago
    8. Baltimore over Cincinnati
    9. Kansas City over Denver
    10. San Diego over Houston
    11. Philadelphia over Green Bay
    12. New York Giants over Cleveland
    13. Washington over Dallas
    14. Atlanta over Arizona
    15. Carolina over Oakland
    16. Tampa Bay over Seattle

Analysis: Have a lot of upsets down at the bottom of the list but I think most of the strong favorites will win. I think this is a tricky game for Dallas tomorrow against a confident Redskins team that is their biggest rival. I have them as my biggest upset but think the Chiefs, Panthers and Bucs have a good chance to win as well.

Kyle McCarthy

  1. Pittsburgh over Indianapolis
    2. NY Giants over Cleveland
    3. Buffalo over Jacksonville
    4. Seattle over Tampa Bay
    5. New England over New York Jets
    6. Philadelphia over Green Bay
    7. New Orleans over Los Angeles
    8. Tennessee over Chicago
    9. Miami over San Francisco
    10. Houston over San Diego
    11. Baltimore over Cincinnati
    12. Carolina over Oakland
    13. Dallas over Washington
    14. Denver over Kansas City
    15. Detroit over Minnesota
    16. Arizona over Atlanta

Analysis: Pittsburgh got back to the ground game in the high winds last week vs the lowly Browns. This week they get the Colts who do not offer much in term of a run defense and we expect the another heavy dose of Pittsburgh Running Back Leveon’ Bell as Indianapolis does not offer much up front. Colts are also expected to be without top QB Andrew Luck in this one.  Don’t look now but the NY Giants are quietly raking up wins and get the winless Browns. Houston got robbed in Mexico City and will look to take out frustrations against a limited San Diego team.
